This wedding has a somehow relaxed, laid-back feel to it without being too modest. It's perhaps the outdoor space, the casual attires, or maybe even the connection of the couple with all the guests that had broken down any formalities about the wedding. The bride had on such a beautiful dress and the groom kept it casual with a shirt, beige colored pants and blue suspenders. After the vows, the lovebirds along with their bridesmaids and groomsmen set off to the enchanting wilderness and took the most amazing pictures. It was lovely how all frames are literally, effortlessly beautiful. The night continued in a rustic-tainted reception and closed in dancing. A very beautiful and memorable night it was; take a look at the lovely wedding album all set for you right here.
Something from the blushing bride:
The wedding was set on top of a hill over looking the picturesque Hunter Valley vineyards thus the breathtaking scenery. It was on a huge estate so for something a bit different, my bridesmaids and I all got ready at the estate in the big master bedroom. The house had 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was great getting ready at the venue and not having to worry about getting in a car and getting to the ceremony. It made everything so relaxed. I loved every minute of the wedding, from the preparations, to the moment I have alone with my mother before I walked down the aisle, my father walking me down the aisle, to proclaiming my love for my husband in my vows to all our friends and family. Also, the food, the photographers, the speeches and dancing, it all went in a whirlwind and I felt like I was in a wedding dream. I was the ultimate DIY bride so I came up with all the decorations for the table setting, bridal table, the ceremony, desert bar and reception room. I sourced all the materials and it was amazing to see it all come together on the day. It was exactly how I imagined it would be in my head, but 10 times better! It was the last month in Autumn and well, you can never predict the weather, the forecast was for sunny and 22 degrees Celsius which would have been perfect for our outside garden wedding. On the day it was sunny but the wind was blowing a gale! Up to 40 km an hour winds. There was nothing we could do, the arch we got married under nearly flew away, we had to tie it down. It made it fun for my bridesmaids walking down the aisle, holding a bouquet while trying to keep their dress down. But no one let the wind ruin the beautiful day.
